Who is Ryan Bale?

Ryan Bale is a guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer based out of Los Angeles, CA.  He is influenced by artists such as Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Royal Blood, The Beatles, boygenius, Young the Giant, Led Zeppelin, Deftones, and Tool.  He strives to find the balance between modern and vintage, heavy and melodic, to create a sound that is uniquely his own. Whether it’s a blaring guitar solo, a heavy riff, or softly placed chords and arpeggios, Bale’s priority is always to serve the song.

Bale grew up in Charlotte, NC, playing in bands and booking shows since he was a teenager.  He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual degree in Guitar Performance and Music Business in May of 2019.  While at Berklee, his band, The Cotones, recorded with acclaimed producers such as Steve Albini and Joel Hamilton. He has been actively working as a music teacher since graduating while working on various musical projects as a guitarist and producer.
